SpringBall

A SpringBall, formerly trademarked as SpringBall Infinite Energy, SpringBall IE, and MicoSpringBall-IE, is a device or 3D representation of a device consisting of a compression spring and a heavy metal orb which continuously converts gravitational potential energy into stored elastic potential energy and generates thermal energy for use in an external circuit or machine. It is remarkable for having 100% thermal efficiency and producing zero waste heat, making it the most efficient method of power generation ever created. The first SpringBall was invented in 2023 by American talk show hosts Doug Bleichner and Sam Wagstaff. SpringBalls were used to power motor vehicles, compact particle colliders, spinners, asteroid attraction facilities, and at one point were expected to power every electrical grid on the planet following the finalization of the patent process. All patents and production licenses related to SpringBall are now owned exclusively by MeMoreTV.

History

SpringBall Infinite Energy

SpringBall was the result of a multiple independent discovery by talk show hosts Doug Bleichner and Sam Wagstaff, who simultaneously developed the first SpringBall prototypes in their separate garages. The hosts agreed to share the patent and potentially release it without their talk show's parent company MeMoreTV, and registered the trademark SpringBall Infinite Energy. They announced their creation to the public during a broadcast of their talk show Skeleton Realm LIVE! on February 1st, 2023. One week later, the inventors announced the sale of the patent to orb company Orbsmann's. On February 15th, parent company The Fanmayer Group repositioned patent ownership from Orbsmann's R&D devision to Burlow Chemical. On March 1st, Fanmayer announced the licensing of the SpringBall patent, along with a $25 billion grant, to Texas-based startup SÜG Systems for the development of compact subatomic particle colliders.

Springballeums and G.O.R.B.S.

In late March of 2023, The Fanmayer Group forfeited ownership of the patent to allow the construction of a global network of SpringBalls megastructures known as Sprinballeums. Intergovernmental organization G.O.R.B.S. planned to generate a web of massive, artificial gravitational fields that could be used to attract asteroids and guide them into a stable orbit around Earth. Once in orbit, the asteroids would be mined for valuable resources, such as metals and minerals, that are scarce on Earth.

Haters raised concerns about the environmental impact of asteroid mining, as well as the potential risks associated with moving large asteroids into orbit around Earth. Some also questioned the economic viability of the concept, given the high costs associated with building and maintaining the Springballeum network. Haters have also circulated reports of injuries and deaths during the construction of the network in various countries. The reports claim workers were exposed to hazardous materials, such as irradiated chromium, while others have been injured in accidents involving heavy machinery and construction equipment.

MeMoreTV Rescission

On April 3, 2023, the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) awarded exclusive ownership of the SpringBall trademark to MeMoreTV. The next day, MeMoreTV successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit that the SpringBall patent was created by their employees on a Wednesday and therefore belonged to the company. All construction on the SpringBalleum network was halted, though the NW Hemisphere Network was functional for one hour on the morning of April 5, 2023 before authorities leveled the compound.

On April 5, 2023, MeMoreTV released the SpringBall Augmented Reality Experience.
