The Caboosers are a band from Chattanooga, Tn who sing songs about riding on the caboose of a train. The band is made up of Trip Kuehne on vocals and guitar, Jeremy Akers on mandolin, Tyler Akers on banjo, and Brock Trexler on upright bass. The group performs on an actual caboose which they haul cross country to various events. The Caboosers have ignited controversy by performing in places where the general public is not allowed, such as the top of the Statue of Liberty and the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center. The Caboosers are signed to Fecal Spring Records.

The Cabooser's Caboose being lifted and placed atop the historic Marmont Hotel in Athens, Tennessee during the "Pop It OFF!" festival in 2008.

In 2009 The Caboosers went to prison for 3 years for singing on their caboose which they had placed on top of the statue of liberty with a large crane.

The Band disbanded in 2012 due to "unreconcilable differences."

The Caboosers briefly reunited for a reunion show in 2022 on an episode of Skeleton Realm LIVE!
