Dana attended college at the University of Canine Studies in Chicago, IL, where she majored in Dog Viewing and minored in Canine Sleep Analysis. During her time there, Dana developed an interest and expertise in canines, focusing her studies on the many different breeds of dogs she encountered. At University of Canine Studies, Dana took a variety of courses related to dogs including dog psychology and behavior, canine nutrition, kennel management, breed recognition and identification, and dog breeding. She also studied canine anatomy and physiology as well as veterinary concepts related to the health and wellness of dogs. | |||
In her major level classes, Dana specialized in Dog Viewing which was an area focused on understanding the way dogs communicate through their behavior such as body language and vocalization. She learned how to properly interpret these signals so that she could identify any potential diseases or medical concerns while observing them. By graduation Dana had become an astute expert in Dog Viewing as well as Canine Sleep Analysis thus helping her prepare for a career working with canines either directly or indirectly once she left college. Dana is known to have a particular affinity for the color blue. She often wears shades of blues, especially when attending casual events, and has incorporated the color into her decorating style in her home. Dana also has a close bond with a Sphimm. Although they are not very popular among humans, Dana finds comfort in their company and frequently visits them on their home planet. She even brings some of them back to Earth so she can spend time with them in her hometown. A dedicated Sims 4 fan, Dana often escapes her day-to-day life by becoming immersed in the game. She takes great delight in creating custom avatars for herself and playing out storylines for them based on her real life experiences and emotions. | |||
