Skeleton Realm LIVE! Band
The Skeleton Realm LIVE! Band, or simply "The Band," is an American band formed in Atlanta, Georgia. Throughout its history the Band has primarily consisted of the members Doug Bleichner, Sam Wagstaff, Dana "Dana the chat mod," Mr. Horn, and Mr. Drums. They are currently signed to Fecal Spring Records (formerly known as Skeleton Realm Records).
The Band is the house band of the weekly show Skeleton Realm LIVE! and release a new album every 10 weeks, in accordance with the SRL! Calendar and in celebration of "The Special of Ten" episodes. The house band consists of the hosts of the show. Their music can be easily streamed and enjoyed on Spotify and YouTube.
History
Background
Current member Doug Bleichner is an alumni of The Verchwörer Institute of Art and has been previously involved with various music projects such as Meat, Warehouse, and Doug Bleichner. Another current member Sam Wagstaff has also released music under his own name like the acclaimed album The Insect World. Both Bleichner and Wagstaff were involved in various other musical projects in the Atlanta music scene, and are familiar with various cool musicians and artists to match. Dana "Dana the chat mod" is a graduate of the University of Canine Studies as well where she specialized in Dog Viewing.

The Band's second album was released in accordance with the Episode 60 special, and was named after the topic of the special which was Diggin' in the Dirt. Consisting of seven very diverse tracks, the release begins with the famous "Stand Up! It's The Realmer Review" and also contains the hit track "BackPack Pump."
I Love 70 (2023 - 2023)
The Band's third album was released in accordance with the Episode 70 special, and was named after The Band's love for the number of the episode (seventy). Consisting of seven very diverse tracks, the release touches on the Episode 70 topic (News) but also consists of various instant classic style Realmer songs that are renowned for their emotional heft and stylistic diversity. This release also marked the first album with new member Sam Wagstaff added to the roster. Mr. Horn and Mr. Drums were mysteriously absent from the album's credits. It also contains the group's controversial and groundbreaking experimental track "SRL is NOT A Podcast."
Ate E (2023-2023)
The fourth album in the Band's career was released alongside their Episode 80 special, with the albums name being a play on the words "Eighty." Ate E featured 8 tracks, with the opening track being a message from Harry Wayne Casey thanking Doug and Sam for their work in freeing him from an ancient curse. The album also features guest artist DJ KRAKENHAUS in the song "I Love Orb."
Legacy
Many very important critics have said that The Band's impact on the music industry and culture in general is so global and epic that it's almost immeasurable. They have sold an incredible amount of t-shirts with their logo on it, and many physical and digital copies of their music to match. The Band continues to influence young musicians, artists, and "Brand Thought Leaders."
Controversy
The Band has had no controversies, aside from Haters and issues with censorship (especially controversial songs like "I'm A Dirty Gorbus" from their album 50!).
