The Realmer Calendar for the year 2 A.S.

The Skeleton Realm LIVE! Calendar (also known as the Realmer Calendar (not to be mistaken with HeHow's Realmer Calendar)), was created by Key Realmer and Skelepedia Junior Scholar SaltyTea, and is the official calendar for Skeleton Realm LIVE!. It became the official calendar on Realmuary 29th 2 A.S. (May 17th, 2023) after an agreement was made for it's introduction between HeHow, Doug, Sam and the Realmers.

Description

The Realmer Calendar follows a 6 month, 52 week, 364 day year; starting each year on the anniversary of Skeleton Realm LIVE!. The weekdays are centered around Wednesday, named by Pater Realmer Robert, the other days are; Post-Unwednesday, Pre-Pre-Wednesday, Pre-Wednesday, Post-Wednesday, Post-Post-Wednesday, and Pre-Unwednesday. Wednesdays are denoted on the calendar by the presence of the Yellow Curtains, which on special occasions may be represented with other colors. Years in the calendar are specified as A.S., which stands for "Anno Skeletoni" or “In the year of SRL.”

Development

The Realmer Calendar was made in heavy inspiration from HeHow's Realmer Calendar, specifically it's focus on Wednesdays and Skeleton Realm LIVE! specials of ten. The idea for the revised calendar came to Realmer SaltyTea when she noticed the possible confusion that people (especially those with Severely Normal Mentation) might have with HeHow's Calendar, namely the division of years into only four quadrants and no weekday names or numbers. SaltyTea also wanted to create a more "Realmer Specific" calendar, which lead her into deciding to start every year with the Skeleton Realm LIVE! anniversary, as well as naming each month after key parts of Skeleton Realm with the help of other Pater Realmers.

Dougust	Named after Doug Bleichner, co-host to Skeleton Realm LIVE!.
Samruary	Named after Sam Wagstaff, co-host to Skeleton Realm LIVE!.
Danacember	Named after Dana, Skeleton Realm LIVE! chat moderator.
Orbtober	Named after the Orb, a sacred object that all Realmers should hold dear.
Skeletember	Named after Skeleton Realm LIVE! itself.
