Controversy

In 2020, vocalist, guitarist and keyboardist John Porm posted images of neon colored cubes to the bands instagram with the caption: "new album in the works. stay tuned." This angered many fans as they thought the band was supporting the controversial practice of Cube Framing, a mental "shortcut-technique" created and described by Doug Bleichner. The band issued an apology and stated that they were " just fucking around." Fans punished the band by cancelling their shows and streaming their music less. As a result, the band's popularity decreased significantly.
